Initial Chiropractic Appointment

If you have never been to our office, you can expect: A comprehensive history and examination to properly diagnose your current complaint. This will help to find the best possible solution for your issue. We will refer to the proper specialist if you are not a chiropractic candidate.

Chiropractic Adjustment

Chiropractic adjustment will be performed to include routine ‘interactive assessments/re-examination’ at each encounter. The adjustments will reduce subluxations responsible for the biomechanical lesions and neural tension that are producing alterations in tissue which are manifesting symptoms such as pain, swelling and inflammation and obviate normal range of motion. Chiropractic adjustments are expected to restore the mobility necessary for the body to function at optimal capacity.

Low Level Laser

Low Level Laser works on the physiologic effects of photochemical. The laser accelerates cellular reproduction and growth and stimulates fibroblast development in damaged tissue reducing recovery time. It reduces the formation of scar tissue following tissue damage. It also increases vascular activity, stimulates lymph and blood circulation, to allow the affected tissue to have the best possible circulation. Laser also increases the amplitude of action potentials to optimize muscle action.  Increases capillary blood flow and other necessary nutrients and enzymes in addition to an increased clearing of matobites. Helps decrease spasticity, tenderness and spasm. Increases local metabolic rate (increased healing rate).  Laser therapy has a very good potential to ease chronic pain and inflammation due to its capability to decrease muscle spasm and increase blood flow.

Extremity Adjusting (Ankle, Knee, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist)

The adjustments will reduce altered biomechanics in joints responsible for lesions producing alterations in tissue which are manifesting symptoms such as pain, swelling and inflammation and obviate normal range of motion. Chiropractic adjustments are expected to restore the mobility necessary for the body to function at optimal capacity.
